Chronic Disease Self-Management

  • Promote 211maine.org and  KeepMEWell.org
  • Organize and participate in events to increase awareness about chronic disease prevention
  • Offer presentations on chronic disease prevention such as "In a Heartbeat" heart attack awareness training
  • Organize Go Red events
  • Maintain health education/resource displays in local town offices
