ACCESS Health serves as a resource for the community. Here is what we can do for you:
- Provide brochures, flyers and booklets about tobacco, physical activity and nutrition
- Refer individuals to resources in area to help people quit tobacco, become more active and eat healthier
- Provide our newsletter called Community Health Connections
- Maintain website with information and links to other sites about tobacco, physical activity, nutrition and chronic disease prevention.
- Provide brochures, flyers and booklets about tobacco, physical activity and nutrition
- Loan curriculums and videos
- Do classroom presentations for all grade levels
- Offer the Samantha Skunk program, an interactive tobacco prevention presentation for K-2 students
- Distribute materials at wellness fairs
- Work with school systems to develop/strengthen tobacco, nutrition, physical activity, and chronic disease prevention policies
